Finewel art is a not-for-profit arts organisation committed to the support of artists working in visual arts, and new media. We are based in an exciting, and cozy niche of Notting Hill in London, and our main aim is to increase the visibility of talented artists based in the community. We want to act as a platform of expression and artistic innovation, as well as a local, and accessible source of such original and inspirational pieces to you.
Besides offering opportunities of exposure through a wide variety of events and services, we also offer artists the resources they need. We are dedicated to helping connect artists with their home base through exhibitions, future on-line programs and community outreach programs. Through the use of modern technology and resources, we seek to nurture, and help a vibrant arts community to grow.
If you are an artist of any media, please contact us to see what we can do for you. If you are a lover of art and art collection, please pass by, say hi, and pass an eye over what we have to offer. Just in case you’re wondering, we do commissioned works of art as well – what you want, the way you want it. So please bring your ideas to us in any shape or form, and we will try our best to realize it.
The gallery does not charge its artists and performers for any of the services it provides, if a piece of art is sold then the gallery takes a percentage of the price to go back into the gallery to cover the costs of running and maintaining the space. 40% of the selling price is retained by the gallery.
A main objective behind this art project is, any surplus money to be forwarded to charity funds in Sri-Lanka to buy educational books for children and funding libraries to buy educational books in the war-torn regions of north and east
